Football4U makes use of video analysis supported by the professional Veo 2 Cam. Such a tool provides us direct access to insight and analysis of actions and reactions on the field, training and pitch situations, player positions, game patterns and different angles of the player (and his plays) on the field.
In addition to the coach’s explanation to the player by means of video footage, this also offers the players the opportunity to look back and reflect on their own steps, actions and behavior. It enables the players to see which skills are being executed well as well as those needing more work, development and improvement.
Awareness and details play a very important role in development and improvement whereby we believe that video analysis enables us and the player to work on such details in a very focused way.
Our video tools and analysis also serve to make your true football potential visible so that your skills as a player and individual can be better developed, seen and recognized at competitive level.
Our video analysis approach focuses on performing:
Having consistent review sessions, our coaches use the video footage to give direct feedback regarding certain actions and movements of a player. Our coaches can also give players homework based on video footage by giving each player a video with a point of attention for development and progression. This point of attention will also be reflected in the set-up and focus of the training sessions for that player. The video footage is therefore used as a guide to further develop and grow the player’s skills (and underlying focused trainings).
When players see the results of their trainings and matches, we experience that they are more inspired to put in the work and get through the season better. It is therefore our intention for our video footage and analysis to help players progress during each training and each match during the on- and offseason. At the same time, these also provide a permanent overview and level of progress showing how the players are developing and improving from their first Football4U based training until the end of their football season.
