Cookies

To make this website work efficient and tailor it to your preferences, we collect certain information regarding your usage. Deleting cookies

How do we get your data and what is it for?

Football4U requires some general data for its own administrative and financial processing of (potential) members such as, name address, age and various financial data in order to become a member. When members are making use of the services of Football4U, personal data will only be collected which is strictly relevant for those as set out here below:

• for the general activities:
  • name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • number of the team or group where the member has been assigned for sport purposes.
• for the video analysis, website and socials:
  • name;
  • photos; and
  • video recordings.
• for the administration:
  • name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • date of birth;
  • bank account details;
  • number of the team or group to which the member has been assigned for sport purposes.

No data other than the above mentioned data are collected. Written consent is always being requested when providing personal data. By registering with Football4U, you consent to the storage of the aforementioned data for as long as you are a member up to the maximum period as required by law. After this period, the data will be destroyed.

Football4U adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation in the Netherlands. Football4U collects your data for the following purposes, based on the agreement we have with you, our legitimate interest and/or following your consent:

• The provision of the services you purchase from us;
• Settling payments;
• Establishing a contact history.

Your data is securely stored and transmitted where Football4U is responsible for your personnel data. Anyone who has nothing to do with your data is not able to access and use it.

Football4U treats your personal data confidentially. We will never sell your data to other parties. To the extent required by law, we will only do so with your explicit consent.

If you are a minor, under 16 years of age, you may only consent to the collection of your personal data with the consent of one of your parents or legal guardian. In that regard, it is important that your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) has read this statement. They can also exercise the rights you have regarding the personal data you leave with us, as further listed here below.

You have the following rights:

• Right of access: you have the right to view your personal data being collected.
• Right to rectification: you have the right to correct or supplement your personal data if this is incorrect or incomplete.
